Joe Maree, founder of JR Entertainment, has thirty five years experience in the entertainment business. Joe lived in the UK for ten years where he provided special effects entertainment for BBC and ITV television shows. Joe also provided and specified equipment for special aerial effects for both Cinema and Television.

Back in South Africa for the last 25 years (after ten years of entertainment experience in the UK and Europe), Joe has now focused on providing entertainment for the younger generation with his exciting new thrilling range of mini fun-fair entertainment for all ages.

Rides are available for all functions eg. Corporate Functions, Team Building, School Fundraisers, Birthday Parties and are for hire and for sale.

Space Bounce Bungee Trampoline

Suitable for children from 2 years and up and adults. It consists of two to four trampolines placed around a central apparatus. Qualified operators assist the participants in a hands-on manner on the trampolines. Children can defy gravity and reach heights of up to 8.5 meters at a time. Children of all ages can learn somersaults, acquire a general sense of orientation, overcome fear of heights and improve various motor skills. The area required is a 10x10 meter level ground near a 15 amp power point.

Little Big Wheel (Ferris Wheel)

Suitable for children and adults. It can seat 12 to 18 children at a time. The Ferris Wheel is trailer mounted and requires a flat level area of 5x5 meters near a 15 amp power point. The Ferris Wheel needs a height clearance of 4.2 meters.

The Slow-Coach Express Train

Suitable for children and adults. A trackless road train that does not need tracks but can run on any pre-designated route. The Slow-Coach Express can seat up to 18 children a ride.

Merry-go-round Aeroplane Ride

Suitable for children 2-10 years of age. Consists of 6 single seater jet aeroplanes. The aeroplane ride requires a level area of 5x5 meters near a 15 amp power point.

Merry-go-round Swings

Suitable for children 2-15 years of age and can seat 16 children a ride. This swing ride is unique in that it has two seats positioned next to each other on each arm of the ride. This ride requires a flat level area of 10x10 meters near a 15 amp power point.

Spiderman Jumping Castle with Slide

Suitable for 20 children a time. It requires a level area of 10x5 meters near a 15 amp power point.

Busking

Harry the Comedy Lion, Stilt Walking, Balloon Modelling, Magic Acts, Face Painting. These acts can be booked for one hour periods in the morning and/or afternoon.
